User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

Health and Safety

Booking and Payment Terms

Booking Procedures

• Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and email confirmation
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact and scheduling information
• Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or forfeiture of service

Payment Terms

• All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements are made
• We accept various payment methods including credit cards, UPI, and bank transfers
• All payments are processed securely through authorized payment gateways

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before scheduled time: Full refund
• Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
• No-shows forfeit the full payment
• Course and workshop refunds are subject to specific program policies
